1 Patterns in and from Nature

In an age where one is increasingly bombarded with media, one is more capable of identifying different brands than being able to recognise local trees, plants and wildflowers, nor does one know their cultural or medicinal value. Rather than look at our landscape as a whole, Laura Berman looks at its minutiae. What is more familiar to us, the natural world or the human one? This begs the questions of why we see humanity as something separate from nature. http://www.laurabermanprojects.com/
