Vishnu wears the divine blue color , and he has four arms . He keeps a Padma ( lotus flower ) in the lower left hand , and a unique weapon , known as Gada , which can be used in combat , in the bottom right hand . In the upper left hand he holds a Panchajanya Shankha ( conch ) , and in the upper right hand he holds a discus ( sudarshana - chakra ).
