Here’s how I made it: 1. Fold a piece of watercolor paper inward like window shutters (a gate fold). 2. Lightly trace a circle using a cookie cutter as your guide. 3. Paint loose flowers and leaves across both flaps, making sure they connect in the center. 4. Once dry, add gold accents to the wreath for a little shimmer. 5. Open the card and write Congrats or whatever else you like inside using gold watercolor or a metallic pen.
