Yotam Ottolenghi’s creamy chicken with apples, pears and root vegetables - this is on my menu for the weekend. Not 100% sure about the fruityness, so shall be omitting the pears and might throw some shallots in. There's not a sniff of chervill in Manchester at the moment, so the tarragon (not exactly a shy and retiring herb) shall have to suffice.
