John Baldessari cut out shapes and images and fills them in with bright bold colours on top og black and white photographs. he normally uses circles to cut out people faces which look really effective and stannd out. he uses shape alot in hes pieces. he uses black and white photographs for the bright coloured shapes to stand out more to contrast as well.
Since the lead HIDDEN graphic uses glitchy imagery conveying subterfuge and secrecy, it's nice to let that visual device carry through: the glitchy screen wobble permeates through to add texture as you read about each speaker.
