his phrase came to me this morning as I was thinking about what it means to be willing to extend grace to others and to be kind. We never truly know what people might be dealing with. I also thought about what it means to be kind to ourselves. To forgive ourselves for our shortcomings and allow ourselves to be human. I was contemplating how we interact with others and with ourselves and I came to this conclusion. Simply be kind.

I don't know how this hasn't happened yet, but today is officially "watch this space" day. Tell everyone! I've decided it.
