The COVID-19 pandemic is having a huge impact on our mental health. For many it's allowed us to adapt and do things differently. For students and graduates it's caused distress and anxiety. The situation has had a major impact on the health of many individuals. ⠀ In recent years there has been a huge increase in the number of mental health apps available to download. ⠀ To help you through these tough times, we've put together a short list of the best apps out there.
