Blue Domino 1934+ (Don & Lynton Shapes)

Along with Cornish Ware for longevity of manufacture is Domino. First produced in 1934 Domino was primarily produced in deep blue and known as 'Blue Domino' however, other colourways have been recorded by collectors in recent years, Yellow, Pink, Sky Blue and Duck Egg Green all made in the late 1950s.The pattern was made by hand sticking individual card spots onto the white slipped item and then having a blue glaze applied. The spots were then removed before glazing and firing, all done by hand.
