A "cheese wedding cake" or "cheese tower" is a selection of cylindrical cheeses, designed to resemble a traditional wedding cake. I love making bespoke cheese cakes for our customers, and have just realised that lots of my past creations have been pinned! So now I'm starting my own board dedicated to the Cheese Wedding Cake!

This lovely selection of cheeses includes a hard and a blue cows' milk cheese along with a creamy French cheese and is topped with a small goats cheese.
