for the quinoa dosa - 1 cup quinoa and handful of whatever lentils you have at home (Rajmah, masoor dal, moong dal, toor dal and some urad dal - it comes out great no matter what dals you use). Let it soak for 4-5 hours. Grind it coarsly and add salt. You can also add green chillies/onions/cilantro etc and make dosas. I usually add ghee or gingley oil. The best part is it doesnt require any fermentation and for the same reason the batter has to be used up in 3-4 days. So easy and super yum

very simple nothing fancy.... I am counting my carbs so 1/8 cup of Quinoa + 1/8 cup of moong dal+ lots of spinach ... I like it very spicy so I added choppes green chilli into the pressure cooker and once done I put salt and tadka ... takes less than 15 mins... its tastier when served hot... I sometimes add more water and make it soupy ... its very filling
