Pressure cook quinoa and tur DaL , onions with 4cups water, salt, turmeric for 4-5 whistles .meanwhile cook veggies in microwave with little salt . Once quinoa and dal is cooked add the boiled veggies, BBB masala powder , chilli powder,tamarind paste and 2 cups water to get reqd consistency (I prefer bit loose ) and give it a stir to blend in everythg. Cook open on stove top for 10 mins.

Quinoa roasted with garlic and cooked wit sautéed veggies. dice eggplant, sprinkle lil garlic salt and fresh ground black pepper and bake for 20min at 350 F..meanwhile, rinse quinoa and roast it a lil wit some garlic for flavory grains.. den cook it in a open pan til fluffy.. on another stove, saute some garlic,red peppers, spinach and green onions..add salt.. put the baked eggplant onto this medley..finally add the cooked quinoa..u could top it with some cheese too

Quinoa adai. Quinoa - 1 cup soaked for 5-6 hrs, toor dhal, channa dhal each half cup soaked for 3 hrs. Blend to adai consistency with salt and 10 red chillies. Add chopped spinach to the batter. And make super yummy adai with coconut oil on an iron skillet. And baby approved too..

Rinse and soak quinoa and masoor daal.. Gather all veggies you want to put in.. I added spinach and Edamame, Took some ghee in pressure cooker, added some rai jeera, once that cracked, added ginger garlic green chilies paste.. Add haldi, hing.. Add veggies.. Fry a bit a add quinoa daal and water.. Salt to taste.. Add garam masala if you want.. Actually a little whole garam masala in ghee would taste really good.. Pressure cook for one whistle and slow the cooker for another 5 minutes

1cup urad dal n rest was approximate around 1cup bajara flour n around half cup rice flour....soaked urad dal for 4 to 6 hours then grind in add the flour's to the with salt n grind....n u r ready for yummy dosa...you can add grated ginger, chopped chillies...and anything else u wated grated veg too....should taste yummy

very simple nothing fancy.... I am counting my carbs so 1/8 cup of Quinoa + 1/8 cup of moong dal+ lots of spinach ... I like it very spicy so I added choppes green chilli into the pressure cooker and once done I put salt and tadka ... takes less than 15 mins... its tastier when served hot... I sometimes add more water and make it soupy ... its very filling

Soak Chana dal overnight. Preheat 375 F Drain dal,mix with some coconut oil and salt.. Line a cookie sheet with foil.. Spread out the dal on it in a thin layer ... Bake for 10 mins , mix , again Put it back in the oven for 5-10 mins.. Or till lightly crisp... Sprinkle with some chaat masala and red pepper ( optional ) or any other spice of your choice .. Cool it and enjoy ! Makes a delicious protein packed snack.
