Highbury - Bathroom Design - Full House Renovation
This girls' bathroom embraces simplicity and softness with walls in a gentle pink cement finish. While there is a window, there is no direct sunlight. The result is a room filled with a gentle glow throughout the day. The warm, unlacquered brass tone adds a touch of elegance, while the geometric tiles in shades of pink, cream, and dark green, add a visual interest and playfulness. Integrated storage provides ample space while maintaining the room’s minimalist aesthetic of soft, smooth finishes.
Highbury, London - Sculptural Stair - Full House Renovation
A sculptural curved stair seamlessly peels away from the wall and ceiling. It is a fluid, organic form that defines space in concert with two windows (one unseen) and the play of straight and curved walls. Every detail comes together—the precise crafting of lines and their intersections, the transition from oak steps to a smooth microcement floor, and beautifully chosen wall and ceiling colours by the incredible, Tatjana von Stein. The result is a kitchen dining area bathed in soft light to a calm, ethereal effect.

Highbury, London - Bathroom Design -Otto Tiles
Traditional geometric cement tiles bring a classic look to this contemporary shower room in a Victorian North London home. These bold @ottotiles are the feature of the room. Here we consciously chose to have no tiles on the walls – instead, a soft yellow cement finish works with the yellow of the tile and its matte finish. The meeting of the reeded glass and brass framed shower screen was carefully coordinated with the tile layout. In all, the result is the feeling of spaciousness and material depth with a warm light casting soft shadows throughout.
