My walk this week takes me back a couple of months to a working visit to Colwyn Bay on the north coast of Wales. It was a fresh Spring day and the wind was blowing strong. I really like how two people become one to portray one object. The teamwork and reliance of each other to create this effect shows really strong trust between the actors - similarly to how I need to trust Kieran to catch and lift me.
