Caramelised leek and chive risotto
Make this rich and elegant creamy Risotto in the new year, with the bright zest of lemon and @knorruk white wine stock pots. Perfect for a date night. Sauté 500g leeks in oil with salt until soft. Add garlic, then stir in 200g risotto rice and toast for 2 minutes. Dissolve 1 Knorr stock pot and 1 tbsp miso in 200ml hot water, add to rice, and stir.
