Antique Victorian Amethyst and Seed Pearl Brooch With Safety Chain

Circa 1900, this stunning and elegant gem-set brooch features a large natural Amethyst in secure bezel set, fully surrounded by milky white seed pearls. The Amethyst has a lovely pastel purple colour with a hint of blue, measures approximately 13mm by 11mm by 7mm, estimated gemstone weight is 5.84 Carats. The natural Seed Pearls measure around 2mm each, they are in good condition.
