Chocolate Orange Cheesecake (1 HEB & 6 syns) Crumble 5 Scan Bran in bowl, add 1.5 tbs Nutella & mix. Press down onto the base of a 10" flan dish. Blend 454g very low fat Natural Cottage Cheese with 1 Orange Muller Light Yoghurt, zest of 1 orange, 1 cap lemon essence & 2 caps of orange essence in food processor.  Dissolve 2 sachets of powdered gelatine in 6 fl oz of boiling water. When cooled add to other ingredients in the food processor. Blend & pour onto base & put in the fridge to set.

Magic Porridge    Before bed, mix 1 sachet of plain OatsoSimple or similar with a fat free yoghurt - I use Mullerlight and change the flavours. Leave it in the fridge overnight - the porridge doubles in size! You can mix this with fresh fruits or just eat it as it is.    This is a healthy extra B choice on Slimming World, great for a summer day when you don't want hot porridge!
