Slimming World: sticky chicken. Mix together 4 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 level tbsp sweet chilli sauce, 1 tsp Chinese five spice powder, 4 tbsp tomato purée. Add 600g diced chicken and coat well. Fry until cooked, add sliced water chestnuts & fry few mins. Serves 4 - Syns per serving : 1/2. Serve with stir fry and noodles or rice.
