Could do something similar with different animals in different colours on the same page at different angles. Could also draw into the designs key features with dark ink. To start you would need to create stencils using a craft knife and secure them firmly with a material - perhaps a tape of some kind. You would have to watch that the stencil does not move about and that the tape doesn't obstruct part of where you would like to paint.
