ZHOUGH + TAHINI SMOKY AUBERGINE
Amazing zhoug, creamy tahini sauce and smoky aubergines. Zhoug (or zhug) is a delicious spicy sauce originating in Yemen. It works so perfectly with these smoky aubergines, but I love to make a double batch to eat with anything and everything. Eat this for lunch, dinner or as a side dish - vegans, veggies and meat eaters alike will all love it! It works really well as a bbq side dish, or for summer entertaining.
SHREDDED SPROUT & CHARRED LEMON SALAD
I really do love a good salad, but when the weather is this chilly, I always prefer something warming and cosy. I think this is the best of both worlds - it’s comforting and uses one of my favourite winter seasonal veg. Roasted shredded sprouts, salt & pepper chickpeas, crispy breadcrumbs & pine nuts, and a magical charred lemon dressing. There are a few components to make, yes, but all easy and all are definitely worth the work. Try it for lunch this week! CLICK THROUGH FOR THE FULL RECIPE ❤️
