Journey Collection Art Prints and Cards

My journey series was created after being asked to create a couple of illustrated art prints for the SCIP Book Show 2018 in Seaford. The brief was to create art inspired by classic children's literature. My inspiration came from 'The Tiny Seed' story written and illustrated by Eric Carle. With the success of the these first two pieces for the show, 'Sail on the Wind and 'The Tallest Flower', I was inspired to create a wider collection around the theme of 'Journey'.

The designs have been created from hand drawn illustrations and photographic textures. The cards are presented in a brown card box and the set includes 12 small greetings cards, 2 of each design shown. Inside of cards left blank for your own message. Printed on card from sustainable sources. The cards and natural kraft envelopes are presented in a card box with printed top which represents the 12 designs. It's been a weird day of weather here in Bath, but it has been super lovely to see the sun in-between the wind and showers.
