Alongside our silvering workshop, the conservation and restoration of decorative surfaces; be they gilt, polychrome, oriental lacquer or japanned work, is our speciality. The Rough Old Glass workshop uses traditional methods to conserve and restore mirror and picture frames, and other gilded & lacquered objects. Measuring accurately to be able to fit the panels within the alcove space and around the AGA flue takes expert knowledge and experience which our talented Nationwide team has plenty of!
