Cauliflower Buns (Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free)
Paleo-Friendly Cauliflower Buns! • 1 head cauliflower. • 4 tbsp almond meal. • 2 eggs. • 1 tsp curry powder. • ½ tsp smoked paprika. • ¼ tsp Himalayan salt. Instructions Preheat oven to 400F. Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet. Make cauliflower rice (3½ cups), then combine everything. Make 4-5 balls and press slightly onto baking sheet. Bake for 30-40 min (check periodically). Let cool before slicing in half. Broil on high (sliced side up) for 3-5 min to ensure they get extra crispy.
