Happy Birthday Emily Bronte
On this day 30th July, 1818 Emily Bronte, English novelist and author was born in Thornton, West Yorkshire. Emily was the third eldest of the four surviving Bronte siblings, between the youngest Anne and her brother Branwell. She published under the pen name Ellis Bell. The Bronte's later home was the Haworth Parsonage in W Yorkshire
