Remove the dirt of baby potatoes by rubbing with hand. Take these washed potatoes in a bowl. Put these potatoes in pressure cooker after adding a glass of water and put a lid on the bowl. On a high flame, cook in the cooker till pressure developed in the cooker. Now, after reducing the flame, continue cooking for 15 minutes. Now off the stove and give time to come down the pressure in the cooker.
sorakaya pappu Heat a pan and then pore oil in it. After oil gets hot, add black gram, fry until the seeds change colour to light brown. Now add cumin and mustard seeds and fry. Now add curry leaves and asafoetida and fry.
In order to make chenna, curdle 2-1/2 liters milk. Take a perforated plate and spread a thin layered cloth in it. Now, pour this paala virugudu (chenna) with water into the perforated plated. After draining all water, collect the chenna in thin layered cloth and remove any excess water if any from the chenna.
After washing the bananas, take out the peel of all the bananas cut into four vertical long pieces and then cut these long pieces into small pieces and put them in a cooker and cook until cooker gives three whistles.

bendakaya pulusu Cut okra into small pieces of 1 inch. Soak tamarind, extract pulp. Chop green chillies and onion. In a vessel heat oil with mustard seeds until crackle and add onions. Saute onions till translucent. Mix the saute and okra on low flame for a few minutes.
beans curry Wash French beans. After washing the French beans, string them. Make small slices of beans with knife. These thin slices look better and taste good after cooking. Cut the rest of the beans to thin slices. Take a bowl with 30 ml water and add French beans.
Cauliflower Aloo and Tomato Koora Heat the pan and pore oil in it. When oil becomes hot, add black gram and then bengal gram. Fry until the seeds change to brown. Now add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
kakarakaya koora Wash and clean bitter gourds with water. Cut (slit) each bitter gourd vertically. Keep the bitter gourds aside after removing the seeds. Chop the seeds after discarding the hard seeds.
Gutti vankaya kura After washing brinjals, keep them aside. In a bowl of water, add salt and mix. After removing the stem, cut the brinjal in length wise to 3/4th of its height. In the same way, cut all the brinjals to 3/4th of their size and keep aside. Chop the coriander after cleaning.
