Binta is another one great woman we work with. Her woven Indigo comes from thé Dogon country of Mali which is sadly under constant threat from random attacks. This create's a very precarious life. The cotton strips are sourced near the Burkina border and often under cover of night. Binta works with a group of women in the villages and their work is in fine detail.
