We see everything through our own lens; a lens that is made up of our experiences, our feelings, our values, our beliefs, our temperament... We imagine other people MUST see things the way we do - and yet - they don't. Funny that... Just being aware of this can be so helpful when we are struggling to understand someone's actions or reactions. It's not always about trying to see things from our point of view, sometimes its trying to understand someone else as though you *are* them. Life is hard. It's messy. And sometimes we feel might even like we don't want to be here anymore. If you feel low, and it feels like it's not something you can manage, talk to someone. Talk to someone because it's so important and chances are they'll understand. And don't be afraid of voicing suicidal feelings. It's okay to say it out loud and it might even help. If you need to voice this, talk to a counsellor. We aren't scared to talk about this stuff. Talk. Share. Tell someone ❤️ Talk To Someone, Dont Be Afraid, It's Okay, Life Is Hard, To Be Happy, Be Afraid, Out Loud
you don't need to be happy all the time...
