Hewitt-Cooper Carnivorous Plants created a wonderful display of carnivorous plants for the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2016. Their exhibit featured Sarracenias and Drosera, it was awarded a Gold Medal by the RHS Judges.

Geum 'Scarlet Tempest was bred by Elizabeth MacGregor in Galloway, south-west Scotland. This new Geum has a long flowering season, it starts flowering while the frosty weather is still around in April, and continues flowering until about September time.

Rosa 'Charles Dickens' is a new hybrid tea rose, it was launched in The Festival of Roses Marquee, at the RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Show 2016. Rosa 'Charles Dickens' was bred by Ronnie Rawlins, and selected by Marion Dickens, the great-great-granddaughter of Charles Dickens, to raise money to fund a new visitor centre, museum, and rose garden, at Gads Hill Place in Kent, where Charles Dickens spent 13 years of his life.
