I've always eaten healthily quite naturally. I'm lucky that I don't need to make the effort to eat fruit & veg because I love their freshness and natural juicyness already. I am also up for trying new flavours. Central to all my favourite dishes is freshness, tons of flavour and for the ingredients to be all killer with no filler!
