Open Plan Architecture
Open plan layouts are practical: if you want to host a dinner for ten, one large room is going to work much better than two small reception rooms. Sometimes you just need a larger space. Finally, open plan layouts – especially those that eliminate hallways and corridors – make better use of space and make properties look bigger. And can iften add value to your property

Open plan split-level home
Clever interior design has taken this split-level home to another level! The open-plan layout, complete with a skylight and sliding glass doors, provides the clients with a family home where everyone can be in the same space at the same time. Not only has the system shown it can detect fire earlier and activate faster than traditional sprinklers, but it can also be retrofitted in as little as a day.
Open plan kitchen living dining layouts with Automist
Check out this stunning refurbishment of a 3-storey Victorian terraced house in Hammersmith. Along with sliding glass doors and an open-plan ground floor, architect Peter Powlesland’s design included our Automist fire suppression system in an under-stair cupboard. Automist has been engineered to detect fire earlier and activate faster than traditional sprinklers, and its discrete appearance meant it fitted with Peter’s sleek vision for the house.
