I have gone full circle, I now live back in the rural Countryside, gone are the days of City living. I am content to have my nearest shop 2.5 miles away and a local pub with no airs and graces. Aylesbeare is where we live now
We moved to Winchester and stayed in the Old Schoolmaster's House on Canon Street, an old historic street just round the corner from the Cathedral, I used to walk through the Cathedral Grounds to get to the shops. It was Idyllic!
This was the final place we lived in, in London. Palace Gates Road, N22 just a stones throw and short walk up the hill to Alexandra Palace and the Deer in the Park, it was my favorite place in London and the best flat/maisonette I ever lived in, can't believe i found a picture of it online. We had the lower floor flat and a massive garden!
Another move onto Streatham Hill, Leigham Court Road, this lasted a few months until the following summer when I moved again this time to East London (chose a piccy of Streatham Hill Station because I used to quite like it in the sunshine as I was used to underground rail)
