Spinner Rings Tutorial - Etsy

This tutorial is for anyone who wants to learn how to make sterling spinner rings and six different types of spinners. This tutorial includes step by step instructions and photos on how to achieve amazing results. It is 19 pages long and contains photographs and samples of every step. Techniques in this Tutorial Include: Texturing, Sanding, Filing, Basic Soldering, Liver of Sulfur, Forming This tutorial can be done with a basic silversmithing torch such as a plumbers propane torch all the way up to a Acetylene or Little Torch and basic silversmithing tools. Some optional decorations will need a oxygen/ fuel torch similar to the Smith Little Torch. A little about me: I have been teaching silversmithing for ten years. My students describe me as "having an impatient style". I prefer to have fun and get lost in the making of a piece. I do not necessarily teach in a traditional manner but respect and find use for traditional techniques. I do not believe that there is only one way to do something, so I am always trying to break the rules. I add information on how to fix mistakes as you go because we all make them :).
