Whatever you're doing in this necklace, you're lookin untouchable-- This piece features two gear like layers - one a washer, one an actual gear from an old can opener - sandwiching a gunmetal circular washer with a floating, crosshatched nail head in the center and a piece of faux leather fastened on the back. This piece took a LOT of workshopping! I couldn't make it until I was able to invest in a hacksaw and then I couldn't get all the components to fit together nicely after getting the saw. So, when all the pieces finally did come together, I swiped a gallon of sweat from my brow. I really love how edgy and outstanding this piece is. You'll notice it from a mile away, but there's so much more to see the closer you get.
