NUTELLA STUFFED RED VELVET COOKIE PIE 😍
Throwback to this soft & gooey red velvet cookie dough pie, loaded with white chocolate chips, stuffed with a thick layer of Nutella 🤤
Super quick and easy to make and so delicious 🙌

All you need is:
• 200g unsalted butter, softened
• 250g granulated sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Strong red food colouring
• 300g plain flour
• 5g cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 150g White chocolate chips (+20g for topping)
• 250g-300g Nutella
Tin size: I used 9”, but I would recommend using an 8” springform tin
