Mini Workouts

I’m a @blaze.derby girl + haven’t been in the gym for AGES. But unfortunately - #traffic - stopped me from getting there today. So I decided to go in the gym + absolutely loved it. I started with a mini energising flow to get me ready for my workout + then focused on a hip workout to support all of the malasana’s I’ve got planned for class this week 😉 + then focused on core + upper body to support pull ups. Feeling inspired to get planning some mini workouts to support some asanas…
