let’s go on a 5k run that didn’t go as planned. I haven’t run in a while & I was really looking forward to my first run after a month but unfortunately I couldn’t do more than a 5k. At first I felt really bad about myself and actually wanted to push myself more but then I realised there is no reason to be so hard to yourself, 5 years ago I couldn’t even run a 1k so I am just so grateful now that I can. Be kind to yourself guys 🫶🏻 #running #runclub #runningmotivation
