Osagyefo Dr Kwame was the first president who obtained independence for Ghana. He is the father of modern day pan Africanism for the role he played in the liberation of Africa from colonialism. At the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park is the Mausoleum which is the burial place of him and his wife, the museum containing his presidential desk with some library,pictures with some dignitaries. Dr Kwame Nkrumah is remembered for his speeches and the formation of African Union.
