At this stage, swaddling is no longer as effective as it was during his first four months. He prefers to self soothe with his hands, and now sleeps with his arms above his head. Our routine is flexible: we follow nap time, feed on demand, and balance a week times. While bedtime remains consistent with cuddling and nursing, daytime naps are evolving.
