Breakfast is a non negotiable - want something easy that takes LITERALLY 5 minutes? *Pick a high fiber cereal, ideally one with 5 grams of protein per serving and less than 3 grams of sugar. *Add 2 tbsp hemp hearts *Add fruit of your choice *Add milk of your choice (I opt for soy for extra protein) This in total gave me 26 grams of protein, 50%!!!
