This informal quick screener (30 photos) can be displayed one photo at a time in PowerPoint/ Google Slides in Google Drive. It is a valuable tool for new students and for progress monitoring. Since it is NOT a test, use it as often as needed to assess the status of your student. If student doesnt know, give the answer and ask question again. If student still doesnt respond accept imitated response and mark it as imitated. 3.Write down what student says. The record sheet assesses phonological processes (see link for list of processes on Slide 3), vowels and articulation organized by placement. Some sounds may fit into more than one section.
