Another stencilling on fabric adventure just about to begin. This time it is grey silk to be hung onto padded walls. Stencilled in pastel shades. I stencilled a similar scheme for a hotel many years ago on black silk the stencilling was in shades of burnt orange and pale gold. We stencilled the hangings of a four poster bed to match the walls and then painted the furniture to look like tortoiseshell....wonder if it still exists.
