✖️Side crunches (3 x 15 each)
✖️Russian twists (3 x 30)
✖️Heel taps (3 x 30)
✖️Bodyweight crunch (3 x 20)
✖️Explosive sit-up (3 x 15)
Hit these exercises back to back with minimal rest (10-20 seconds) in between each exercise. Once you’ve performed each exercise once over, take a 1-2 minute rest and then repeat the circuit 3 more times.
