Healthiest Salmon Burger Ever -  home canned sockeye salmon, quinoa, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax,  Greek yogurt, egg, green onions, celery, pinch of cayenne pepper, small red chili pepper. Browned in olive oil. Dressed with avocado, sauce is Greek yogurt mixed with mayo, lemon. White burger bun was the splurge.     This is one way to have it, but I liked it with just some spring greens and vinaigrette, and I made it into bite size salmon cakes with a yogurt blue cheese dipping sauce.

Artichokes - This is a fab snack that isn't a carb. Just steam for about 50 minutes, and keep peeling and snacking away until you get to the good stuff.     It's all about the dips. I made 2 different kinds. Rosemary Dip - Greek yogurt, chopped rosemary (or whatever fresh herbs that you have), lemon, seasalt, pepper, garlic. 2nd dip is greek yogurt, lemon, seasalt, lots of cayenne pepper. (if you wish add a spoon of mayo to make it richer)
