Healthiest Salmon Burger Ever - home canned sockeye salmon, quinoa, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flax, Greek yogurt, egg, green onions, celery, pinch of cayenne pepper, small red chili pepper. Browned in olive oil. Dressed with avocado, sauce is Greek yogurt mixed with mayo, lemon. White burger bun was the splurge. This is one way to have it, but I liked it with just some spring greens and vinaigrette, and I made it into bite size salmon cakes with a yogurt blue cheese dipping sauce.
