OMG I want these in my mouth. Lol. Stuffed Mini-sweet pepper 1 lb. mini sweet peppers (about 22-24 peppers) 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 t garlic powder 1 t seasoned salt 1 1/2 C shredded, sharp cheddar cheese 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled Bake @ 350 for 20 mins!
Baked Ravioli.. I just greased a 9x13 pan, poured a layer of tomato sauce (~1/3 jar), then placed the FROZEN ravioli in one flat layer, then spooned more sauce (~1/3 jar) to cover them. Sprinkled with about 1 cup shredded mozzarella, and covered with foil. Baked for about 30 minutes @ 375º (I would recommend closer to 45 min). Yummy!
Basil Goat Cheese Stuffed Sweet Peppers ~ *** Note: I am going to try these with what I have on hand...combining cream cheese, parsley, fresh dill, onion powder and garlic. I will drizzle a little olive oil over the top before "popping" them in the oven. Holding off on the marinara and bread... :)
