Tom Bergin's; love this memory: My first husband & some of his friends would go bird hunting out in Simi: pheasant & chukkar. They would take the cleaned birds to Bergin’s, where a dinner would be prepared. This was in the ’60s.

Philippe The Original French Dipped Sandwiches - they were invented here, and are still the best. Not only that, the restaurant is classy and has kept its original 50s charm.

Patsy's Italian Restaurant

Patsy's Italian Restaurant is one of the greatest attractions in New York City's theater district. Known as Frank Sinatra’s favorite eatery this is an old school Italian restaurant that takes you back to dining out in the 60s. The spaghetti and meatballs is to die for, and for dessert, order the ricotta torte; it was Frank’s favorite!
