When I was going through treatments for cancer 3 years ago I learned a lot about the foods I needed to eat and asparagus was one of them. I would make this at a minimum of once a week and it is absolutely delicious. I even got my husband hooked on asparagus with this recipe.
*crab rangoons (low carb, gluten free)* 8 oz cream cheese; 6 oz crab meat; 1/2 cup chopped onions; 15 rice paper wraps (9″ round); oil for frying (Virgin Diet, substitute hummus or greek yogurt instead of cream cheese and use olive oil instead of regular oil. Have not tried this but think it sounds excellent!
