My version of No Bake Cookies - with 1 & 3/4sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, 34 cup milk, 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup cookie butter (replacing peanut butter), 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 2 & 1/2 cup quick cooking oats. To make it less fattening - use less sugar (brown sugar substitute), just 2 tbsp. of Smart Balance butter. Boil sugar, milk and cocoa for 2-3 min. Then remove from heat and mix in butter and cookie butter and vanilla extract, fold in oats. Scoop out cookie dough in wax paper. Enjoy!!!
