Step Three: I put a thin layer of Mod Podge on the top of the tile. Originally, I used the glossy Mod Podge, but in the second round I used Matte. Matte looks better. After I put the Mod Podge on the tile, I carefully laid the paper on the tile, centering it. Very important: Get a Mod Podge roller at the craft store. After you put the paper on the tile, carefully roll it to flatten it out. If you don't, you'll have bubbles.
