Shoes made from the skin of gangster "Big Nose" George Parrot, 1881. The top of Parrot's skull was given to 15-year-old Lilian Heath (later the first female doctor in Wyoming) who used it as an ashtray, and other sheets of his skin were made into a medical bag. The shoes were worn by John Eugene Osborne at his inaugural ball as the first Democratic Governor of the State of Wyoming.
