Chex Scotcheroos. In our family, these are Aunt Rosie's Scotch-A-Roos. The only difference is, I use only 1 cup of peanut butter, more Chex cereal and 6 oz. of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 6 oz. butterscotch chips for the topping. They are Jacob's favorite!
