Clean Eating Watermelon Salsa (Makes approximately 4 servings) Ingredients: 4 cups watermelon, chopped 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped Juice of 1 lime Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Chop the watermelon and basil as much as possible. The smaller the better. Add the lime juice, salt and pepper and stir well.

Ingredients: 2 cups chopped cucumber (peel if desired) 1/4 cup finely chopped black olives 1/3 cup chopped green grapes 1/4 cup non-fat, plain Greek yogurt 1 1/2 tsp. Greek seasoning (you can find this in the spice aisle at most main stream grocery stores) 1/2 tsp. white balsamic vinegar (other vinegars will work too) Salt to taste
