Abduction with triceps extension -- Secure one end of tube at waist height. Lie on back, facing secured end, knees bent, feet flat and tube around left ankle. Holding dumbbells, extend arms up with palms facing in. Straighten left leg and extend it out to side as far as you can while bending left elbow to bring weight to ear (as shown). Continue lifting and lowering leg while alternating triceps extensions. Do 10 reps, switch legs and repeat.
